The pain continues.... after submitting a ticket I received 4 emails.
1: We have analyzed the logs and the backups are running fine. Please conduct Internet speed test by visiting the website http://www.speedtest.net and choose California as the destination server, note down the upload speed displayed. Then, Open the IDrive Application click on the username at the top right corner, and then select "Bandwidth speed test", and test the upload speed test.
Funny because I can't select California...
After that I submitted my speeds I get an email with all my personal files in it.... Hello privacy.... I thought you encrypted my files.
My 3th email was I everything was resolved... We'll I didn't receive a solution so.... I cancelled my subscribtion and requested a cash back. No responce...
